What do I share?

I lead Ashtanga Yoga and AcroYoga events around the world.
From Sri Lanka to Morocco to Europe and the USA, retreats are empowering and restorative. Events are drug and alcohol free and the atmosphere blends fun, connection and healing. For a glimpse of the Washington 2019 NW AcroYoga Camp-Out check out this video.
